What the result means

Strong (24 or more)

This perspective carries your ambition. Hold on to it and check whether the other two keep up.

Needs attention (15 to 23)

It works, but not everywhere and not by itself. Usually the difference lies between teams or between the MT and the shop floor.

This is a brake (below 15)

This perspective holds your strategy back. This is usually where a programme starts, and where the gains are biggest.
